How It Works

Three grounded steps from your real resume to a role-specific application kit.

Step 01

Upload the resume you actually use.

Start with the source material you already have. MatchlyResume treats your resume as evidence, not as an excuse to invent new employers, dates, tools, or achievements.

  • PDF and DOCX support in the current upload flow
  • Your resume stays the evidence source of truth
  • Conservative parsing over fake confidence

Capture jobs from anywhere.

The MatchlyResume extension spots a job posting on the page you're already on and saves it to your dashboard in one click. No copy-paste, and the details still come through complete even when a listing sits behind a login.

  • Works on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor — and any site with structured job data
  • Auto-detects the role, company, and full description (even behind login walls)
  • One click to save it to your dashboard, then build a tailored kit

Sharper applications, same facts.

Good tailoring should feel sharper and more relevant, not magically more experienced. The output gets better by surfacing stronger evidence, not by rewriting your history.

  • Same facts, clearer phrasing: no new roles, metrics, or tools were invented.
  • Each tailored bullet traces back to a line that was already in your resume.
  • Weak or missing evidence stays soft instead of getting padded to match the job post.

Summary

Product designer with supported experience in patient-facing flows, design systems, and cross-functional product delivery. Tailored for a senior product design role by surfacing the strongest existing evidence rather than inventing new scope.

Experience

Luminate Health

Product Designer

Feb 2023 – Present

  • Delivered patient-facing onboarding and account flows from early wireframes through polished final UI for release.

Flow ownership was already supported, so it was moved earlier.

  • Expanded shared Figma components and recurring interface patterns to keep product work consistent across launches.

Design-system evidence was surfaced because the role asks for it directly.

  • Reviewed implementation with engineers before release to preserve design intent and catch UI regressions early.

Collaboration stayed grounded in existing implementation-review work.

Northfield Labs

UI/UX Designer

Jun 2020 – Jan 2023

  • Designed internal SaaS dashboard flows for dense operational workflows, including navigation, detail views, and task-focused layouts.

This supported the ATS-facing dashboard and systems language.

  • Partnered with product managers to turn requirements into scoped experience flows before engineering handoff.
