MatchlyResume provides access to digital software for resume and job application workflows. This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, credits, and refund requests are handled.

Cancel before renewal

Subscriptions should be cancelled before the next billing date to avoid renewal.

Case-by-case review

Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate payments, billing errors, or exceptional circumstances.

Digital product access

Used subscription time, product access, and used generation credits are generally non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Plan features, prices, renewal period, and included usage are shown on the pricing and checkout pages at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription from your billing area when available or by contacting support. After cancellation, access normally remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.

Refunds

Because MatchlyResume provides digital software access and usage-based generation features, payments are generally non-refundable once service access, subscription time, or credits have been used. This does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs are intended for digital generation usage. Used credits are not refundable except where required by law or where a billing error occurred.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with the checkout email, transaction date, and charge amount so we can review the issue.
