Review before use
Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and making sure application materials are accurate.
No hiring guarantee
MatchlyResume provides software assistance and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or income.
Responsible use
The service must not be used to create false credentials, fake work history, or misleading claims.
Use of the service
You may use MatchlyResume only for lawful job application, career document, and related personal productivity purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of materials you upload and for reviewing any output before use.
No employment guarantee
MatchlyResume does not guarantee interviews, job placement, income, hiring outcomes, visa outcomes, or employer responses. The service provides software-assisted drafting and optimization tools.
User materials
You retain ownership of your resume, cover letter, job posting, and generated application materials. You grant MatchlyResume the limited right to process those materials to provide the requested service.
Grounded outputs
MatchlyResume is designed to rephrase, structure, prioritize, and summarize existing evidence. Users should not use the service to create false employment history, false credentials, fabricated metrics, or misleading claims.
Accounts and billing
Some features may require an account or paid subscription. Billing is handled by a payment processor. Plan limits, prices, and included usage are shown on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods.
Renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation usually keeps paid access active until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, infringe third-party rights, scrape the service, bypass plan limits, or use generated materials for fraudulent applications.
Service availability
We aim to keep MatchlyResume reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, outages, network issues, or changes outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, MatchlyResume is provided as software assistance and is not responsible for hiring decisions, employer actions, lost opportunities, indirect damages, or outcomes outside the service.
Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access attempts, payment abuse, or activity that violates these terms.
